Vitamin C though one of the more common vitamins can still be confusing to buy. To increase profits many companies prepackage and add sugar and dye to vitamin c crystals. We love Natural Factors Vitamin C Crystals because they only contain Vitamin C! And being able to buy in bulk gives us no excuse to not be a healthy family. For a cold, try having it with warm water and local honey to help you sleep and feel better in the morning. As far as Natural Factors, they are a great Canadian company with clean ingredients and very reasonable prices.
Have tried other probiotics, including one designed for women but this one is most effective. If I avoid too much bread, I only need to take a capsule once or twice a week. So ,not really expensive to use.
