I was so sad when Bob’s Red Mill stopped making their protein powder (the vanilla one I liked sweetened with monk fruit). This is a really good replacement. I recommend grinding up some chia seeds and adding it to your scoop. It’s sweet so I use half of a scoop at a time. But it tastes delicious with no aftertaste. Enjoy! :)
I have had reynards disease in my hands for a few years now and have tried different treatments which have not helped. Since I started using the Aku Ball I have not had any problems with the loss of circulation in my hands. Hopefully this will continue as we start having cold weather.
