Interesting book; really like the meal and workout plans.

So far, so good!

I am on my second bottle of 30. It actually does reduce my appetite (controls blood sugar). It is much easier to resist extra calories. I have lost 4 pounds in one month by eating properly (calories appropriate for my age and activity level) and exercising regularly.- pretty good for a 58-year old woman.
