DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour (be sure to use a gluten free flour) two 8-inch round cake pans.*
  • 2. Pour cake mix into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until well combined. Add boiling water and stir to mix. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  • 3. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Move to wire racks to cool completely before frosting.

Alright folks, if there are any gf/V people out there, please, stop reading this and order it. I have been v/gf for a while and have not found a better cake mix. I use this with chia as an egg substitute and full fat coconut milk as an egg replacer and it truly is AMAZING. I bring this to Vegan pot lucks and people die over it. I add coconut flakes, and two scoops of Iron Vegan Chocolate Protein to ensure that there is sooooommeee nutritional value, and its fantastic. Also, my coworker bought this and she put espresso powder in it and it was SO GOOD. You can literally do ANYTHING with this.
