NOW MCT Oil

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT 's) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oil. MCT 's are more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats, as they require lower amounts of enzymes and bile acids for intestinal absorption. MCT 's are metabolized very quickly in the liver and are reported to encourage energy expenditure, and not fat storage. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT Oil for other fats in a healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition.

Good oil/bad pour

The oil seems good as any other and appreciate that it is in darker glass (no plastic good!) however, I probably won't get again as it's messy to pour (no matter how good you are at pouring), leaving the bottle oily and wasting oil. Keep a drip paper towel (not environmentally good) handy to quick wipe and one for underneath the bottle.

So far , every product I've ordered was top notch, along with customer service. Meets my expectations.

Bottle improvement needed

I find it very difficult to pour. It leaks down the bottle when you pour the oil. The product itself is very good.

Boosting workout

This is helping me to feel more energized during/after my workouts, and I'm fairly sure it's helping me to maintain my muscle, and burn more calories from fat. The taste is not pleasant to me taken straight, but that's not actually a big concern. I haven't been able to detect it when blended with a smoothie. I recommend taking half a tablespoon at first, because a full one might not agree with everyone. You can build up tolerance. This is something I think I will keep in my routine because the benefits are so large.
