It gives me some extra energy during the extensive workouts.It contains good ingredients. Also, I like the taste of watermelon.
My holistic nutritionist suggested this line of sports drinks to me because I have been having a hard time recovering, and sometimes I felt completely wiped out after a workout that wasn’t supposed to me that hard. Although I don’t like the taste very much, I used it during my 23 km long run and felt like my legs were still fresh afterwards. I’ve also been using it during bike rides and feel like I can keep going longer.
The only problem with this sports drink is that I don’t think it has any carbs since it is sweetened with stevia (this is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5)… I’ve been bringing some jujubes along for that but would prefer to have everything in the sports drink.
