Niacin No-Flush is inositol hexanicotinate, an ester of the B-vitamin niacin. Regular niacin can cause unpleasant side effects such as itchy, burning skin -¬ñ the niacin ¬ìflush¬î. Inositol hexanicotinate has not been associated with the niacin ¬ìflush¬î. Niacin is a factor in the maintenance of good health, and normal growth and development.
