By gaining lean muscle this can help to support and promote fat loss when combined with an exercise program.
If you are looking to gain weight using Isopure, combining it with optimal nutrition and caloric intake as well as progressive training can help you to increase muscle mass and weight gain.
3. What type of protein is isopure?
The protein that Isopure specializes in is whey protein, and more specifically, whey protein isolate.
A popular protein for athletes, whey protein is a protein derived from dairy that provides the essential amino acids for growth and repair of muscle tissue.
It is especially high in the Branched-Chain Amino Acids; leucine, isoleucine, and valine which are used as an energy source by the body.
BCAAs are highly anabolic meaning they promote growth. For best results you want to combine these 3 amino acids with the other essential amino acids. Whey protein contains all the essential amino acids needed to build muscle.
Whey has minimal lactose in it which makes it generally well tolerated by most invididuals.
A whey protein powder is an easy way to boost your protein intake especially if you are highly active.
Isopure Protein Powder is made with 25 grams of 100% pure whey protein isolate to help you show up and perform at your very best.
Available in a wide range of flavors so you can mix up some seriously tasty and dynamic recipes, without gluten, lactose or fillers. Choose from zero carb or low carb protein options.

4. What's the best type of whey protein?
Whey protein comes in 3 different types: whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and whey protein hydrolysate.
What’s the difference you may ask? There are a few factors to consider:
Whey protein concentrate: typically the cheapest form it is the least processed which makes it more slowly absorbed but it also contains the most lactose, fat, and sugar. WPC has the lowest concentration of protein per serving size.
Whey protein isolate: contains greater than 90% protein but very low levels of carbs, lactose and fat due to increased processing. Most studies have been done on WPI than other forms.
Whey protein hydrolysate: the most processed type of whey protein, it is quickly absorbed and causes the greatest spike in insulin. WPH provides the most protein, contains the least amount of lactose, but is also the most expensive on the market.
Though all whey protein types may be suitable for those who are intolerant to lactose due to the low levels of the dairy sugar, WPI and WPC may be more suitable choices as they contain less lactose than WPH.
So which one is the best? As you can see, all whey proteins have their pros and cons. Isopure focuses on 100% whey protein isolate for an affordable protein powder that also delivers maximal results.
5. Can whey protein reduce belly fat?
A protein shake is an easy way to boost protein intake in your diet. As mentioned above, protein can help to promote weight loss but also gain muscle and burn fat.
This may help you to shed excess body fat, particularly around the abdominal area (7)
This process will be more effective of course when paired with an exercise program such as strength training.
6. Should I drink Isopure before or after a workout?
It’s typically recommended to consume 1 scoop of Isopure whey protein isolate after a workout for best results when it comes to muscle gain. Also known as the “anabolic window” this is when muscle synthesis is optimal and can be anywhere immediately and up to 2 hours post workout (8).
Consuming protein post workout may also help to speed up recovery and reduce muscle soreness (9).
Try to space out your protein intake throughout the day. We can only optimally digest 25-35g of protein at a time and any more than that won’t be optimally digested.
If you need quick fuel after crushing your workout, a protein shake is an ideal option that you can take on the go!
