Mix one scoop in a small glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach.

I add the powder to wgarm water close the cup lid and shake vigorously. I have trouble absorbing nutrients and this is a great product
for this. I use it also for hemmoroids.

I've just started using this (day 3) but what I found in regards to mixing is if you let it sit for a couple minutes it dissolves in the water. Give it a stir first, let it sit couple mins, stir again and drink.
