Helps stabilize my digestive track

Being immune-compromised, I take a lot of supplements. When I added Jamieson "Essentials" Probiotic, I noticed a lot less flatulence, but more importantly, a lot less bowel distress. It works for me. When I am ill, I double the dose. I can't say for sure that the increase helps, because I can't compare to being ill and not taking extra. Every illness is a little different.

I take this product because I have had several courses of antibiotics over the years and I believe they have destroyed much of the good bacteria in my digestive system. This product has 10 billion live cells, which is a lot more than some other products on the market, so I feel confident that I am getting a good dose of probiotics when I take it.
