NOTICE: This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
Vigorously mix 1-2 level tablespoons daily into at least 354 mL (12 oz) of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.
I used this as part of an attempt to lower LDL cholesterol. My numbers improved enormously, and this product was absolutely key. I am within optimal range now, but will use this off and on to make sure I don't drift back again. Very positive view of this one from me.
