For best results, mix 1 scoop (2 grams) of collagen peptides into 8-16 oz. of hot or cold liquid (Water, coffee, smoothie, etc.) once or twice daily. Love adding this to my coffee in the morning. Add the powder first then coffee and any milk product if using. Easier to dissolve!
