If you're nearby, visit us in person at our Head Quarters in North Vancouver. You can also place your order online and pick it up at our North Vancouver location. We love meeting our customers and showing them where their order is processed.
It's important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unused, unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. To initiate return, complete this form (select Returns from the dropdown menu) and include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. A Vitasave customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.
Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods,personal care items,gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns more than $75 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
