Returns & Exchanges

It's important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unused, unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. To initiate return, complete this form (select Returns from the dropdown menu) and include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. A Vitasave customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.

Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods,personal care items,gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns more than $75 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • How can I earn Rewards?
    • As a Vitasave.ca customer you are automatically part of the rewards program. If you are a new customer, you'll earn 400 points when you sign up for a Vitasave.ca account and earn points for every purchase you make. You can also earn points in many other ways such as referring friends or family to shop or by sharing your purchase with social media. Your points can be applied for cash value towards your next purchase. Learn more about the Vitasave.ca rewards program here.

    • Sign in to your account and click on the 'My Referrals' tab. Here, you'll see your unique referral code and you can easily share your link socially or by email. You friends& family will save and you'll also earn rewards!

    • Vitasave.ca accepts MasterCard, VISA, PayPal and American Express.

    • Coupon codes are redeemable during the checkout process however coupon codes are not compoundable. Once you have added the items you would like to purchase to your cart, please proceed to checkout where you'll have an option to apply a coupon code. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon" and the promotion will be automatically applied to your order total.

To request a price match, please contact our Customer Care Team and reference the online retailer which is offering the lower price and we will make the adjustment for your order. The item must be exactly the same brand and quantity. Price matching can not be combined with any discounts or special offers.

Delivery and Returns

    • Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. You'll receive a second email once your order is processing. Our warehouse team will then pick and pack your order and you'll receive a final email once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number for your order so you can track your package until delivery to your door.

    • It's important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date.     • Vitasave.ca delivers Canada-wide within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. If you are not available at your delivery address during delivery, your package will be left at the front door if the courier driver deems it to be safe, otherwise your package will be delivered to the nearest courier depot for pickup. In this case, the courier driver will leave a note in your mailbox notifying you on where your package can be picked up. If your package is not claimed, it will be returned to Vitasave.ca and we will contact you before attempting another delivery.

    • Absolutely. Vitasave.ca is proud to offer delivery anywhere in Canada.

    • Yes. Please refer to the return policy above and complete the return form.

    • Vitasave.ca will issue a refund back to your original method of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received.

    • Yes, we do! Please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll happily assist you with an international shipment.

    • You can choose which address you would like your order delivered too - home or work. If you are not available at your delivery address during delivery, your package will be left at the front door if the courier driver deems it to be safe, otherwise your package will be delivered to the nearest courier depot for pickup. In this case, the courier driver will leave a note in your mailbox notifying you on where your package can be picked up. If your package is not claimed within a reasonably timeframe (usually 7 days), it will be returned to Vitasave.ca and we will contact you before attempting another delivery.
