Bone density improvement!
I’ve been taking this product consistently for 3 years ever since I found osteopenia in my 65 yr old hips. Bone density scores have improved in spite of medication that depletes bone density. Very happy!

Excellent Calcium supplement
This product has all of the supporting ingredients that are required for for calcium absorption . Calcium source is bone meal. You might want to add a second type of calcium such as citrate or bis-glycinate to round out the full spectrum of your body’s calcium needs
