What is Gluten Relief?
Enzymes are proteins that break food down into smaller pieces. Gluten Relief is weighted toward proteolytic enzymes, the kind that work on protein: fungal and bacterial proteases, Peptizyme SP serratiopeptidase, bromelain and papain. Fungal protease makes up the largest share at 247.5 mg. The blend is rounded out with cellulase, lactase, two alpha-amylases, glucoamylase, lipase and alpha-galactosidase, which act on fibre, milk sugar, starch and fat.

Dosage:

Headaches, heartburn, bloating, hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain/epigastric pain have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Stop use if rash, difficulty breathing, hypersensitivity and/or severe allergy occur. Keep out of the reach of children.
