I haven't noticed any change

I haven't noticed any change in my energy level. May need to try B12 injections.

Thanks for the info Robert!

Question: what is the reason you're taking B12 - are you vegan?

Do you know if you are B12 deficient and that it is the cause of your low energy? If so, make sure you're taking a multivitamin and also a B-Complex with the B12. B12 works synergistically with the other B Vitamins so taking them together is very important.

Email me at elle@vitasave.ca and we'll can take a closer look at what will work for your situation and get your energy levels up!
