Recommended Use
CanPrev’s Sleep-Restore Ashwagandha is formulated with an oasis of calmative herbs like lemon balm and passionflower to help reduce over-excitement and counteract the effects of cortisol on your body, mind, and sleep. With added GABA and L-theanine to help relieve tension. Restore body and mind by soothing stress and easing into a better bedtime.
Directions
Adults: Take two (2) capsules, 30 to 60 minutes before or at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
