Medicinal ingredients per gummy (2.2 g): Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit; 5:1) (Equivalent to 50 mg dried chaste tree berry fruit), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Calcium (tricalcium phosphate), Zinc (zinc citrate)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Soluble tapioca fibre, Isomalto-oligosaccharides, Purified water, Organic erythritol, Xylitol, Pectin, Citric acid, Natural flavours, Sodium citrate, Black carrot juice powder, Organic stevia leaf extract, Organic rice flour, Organic sunflower oil.

Recommended dose (Premenopausal women aged 18 and older): Take 2 gummies once a day, with food a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
