6 G BCAAs

Since our bodies can't synthesize BCAAs, we must get them from the foods we eat. The branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are three of the nine essential amino acids that stimulate protein synthesis after a workout. This form of carnitine is responsible for shuttling fatty acids into the mitochondria to be oxidized and used as energy.
