This one is a favorite for me for so long! I like the higher concentration it has compared to most other product. The only thing I would say is that the dosage writing on the packaging is far from being the therapeutic dosage needed. (Blame health Canada...)
Taking it on a therapeutic dosage (50iu/kg of body weight) has helped me sooo much with joint pain and chronique inflammation -headache, menstrual pain, muscle pain-.
