Stopped taking this for a few months and found my osteoarthritis worsened, so I started taking again and find it definitely takes the edge off.

After a lot of research into this mineral, I started taking it daily. I will work my way up to a bigger dose, but so far starting at 3 mg. The list of benefits are so long. It helps with arthritis, and muscle and joint pain, can help with hormones, and also bone health. We don't get a lot of boron because of our depleted soils, so it is nice to find this good quality supplement.
