Children (5-9 years): Take 1 teaspoon per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years): Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and Adults (14 years and over): Take 1 teaspoon, 2-4 times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
