Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) …… 12.5 mcg (500 IU)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.
