What more could one ask for!?
Hi there, having all these components in one supplement means easy peasy wound healing and recovery. That’s why we bought these, a family member broke her ankle and I wanted the benefits of Vit C along with L-lysine to speed healing. Throw in Calcium and it was a no brainer.
I would, however, recommend buying the powder if you are wanting high doses. Taking 5 capsules to get 2000mg / dose and twice per day means the bottle supplies 15days. The powder offers 2000mg / scoop and gets you 30days supply for the same price. :wink:
