Kaizen Cookie Dough Protein Squares

Who doesn't love cookie dough? Who loves cookie dough, but feels way too guilty about it? Well now you don't have to!

These cookie dough protein squares deliver all the indulgence without the regret. What's more, they contain Kaizen Pure Native Whey Isolate, a delicious protein sourced from grass-fed cows raised without hormones on open pastures in France. Using a gentle, low-temperature process, native whey is extracted directly from fresh milk -- not as a by-product of the cheese making process. The result is a natural, high-integrity protein that is less processed and contains more branched chain amino acids -- including leucine, essential for activating muscle growth and repair.

100% gluten-free and made with all natural ingredients, these cookie dough protein squares are the perfect high protein snack for that post-workout refuel or a simple sweet afternoon treat. Ok... let's be honest, cookie dough is perfect any time of the day!

Ingredients

6 tbsps cashew butter

2 tsps raw honey

1 tbsp coconut flour

3 tsps vanilla almond milk

10 – 15 grams organic dark chocolate

2 – 4 scoops Kaizen Pure Native Whey Isolate Protein (vanilla or chocolate)

Directions

1. Combine cashew butter, honey, coconut flour, dark chocolate chunks and Kaizen Protein in a mixing bowl with a spatula.

2. Slowly add the almond milk until mixture comes together like dough. If you find your dough is too wet, add a bit more coconut flour. If it seems to dry, slowly add very small amounts of water or almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.

3. Once fully combined, press into square baking sheet and place in the refrigerator to set overnight. Cut into 10 – 12 bars and wrap individually. Store in fridge.
